Shipping

We ship domestically and worldwide. Most orders are processed within three business days and are sent via insured carriers. During high-volume periods — such as launches and holidays — processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. All shipments are insured for their full value to ensure safe delivery.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you need to update your shipping address or have special delivery instructions, please contact hello@lefilstudio.com as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes before your order leaves The Studio.

Processing & Lead Times

Most in-stock items ship within three business days. Canvases that require kitting, as well as custom or preorder items, may take longer — estimated timelines are listed on each product page.

We will share a detailed timeline for finishing services and made-to-order projects once your piece is received and reviewed.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Due to the hand-painted and bespoke nature of our products, all canvases, threads, kitting services, and finishing services are considered final sale.

If you request kitting services at the time of your initial order, please note that the process begins immediately after the order is placed. Kitting includes the selection of thread colors, quantities, and yardage specific to your canvas design. Because this work is custom and tailored to your order, threads are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once the order is placed. Thread kitting is invoiced separately after the canvas has been kitted and must be paid to release the order.

If your order arrives damaged or is either incorrect or incomplete, please contact hello@lefilstudio.com within seven days of delivery so we can make it right. We’ll provide next steps, including replacement or repair where applicable.

We do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind, nor on any used, partially stitched, or altered products.

Preorders

Placing a preorder reserves your canvas from an upcoming production run. Full payment is processed at checkout to secure your piece.

Estimated arrival and shipping timelines for preorder items are listed on each product page if available. These timelines reflect our best estimates based on production schedules, but may shift slightly due to factors outside our control, such as manufacturing or transit delays. If timelines change meaningfully, we’ll communicate updates as soon as possible.

Once preorder canvases arrive at The Studio, orders are processed promptly and shipped in the order they were received. You’ll receive an automatic shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note that preorder items are considered final sale. Because your canvas is reserved specifically for you, preorders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once placed.

If your preorder includes kitting or finishing services, those timelines will begin after the canvas arrives and follow the same policies outlined above.

Finishing Services

Finishing timelines vary by project complexity and current workload. Once your stitched canvas arrives, we’ll review your specifications and share an estimated completion date.
